Experiences in Cape Town bellow traditional visits and touristics excursion

I'm planning a trip to Cape Town and I would like to ask about travel experiences I can do in Cape Town and sourroindings. Seeking cultural , gastronomic, sports and social experiences but are not of a very high price beyond traditional sightseeing tours and scheduled . I also like to meet people who want to practice Spanish and teach their city. Thank you very much for your help.

There is so much to do in Cape Town, you won't be disappointed! An early morning hike up Lion's Head to catch the sunrise is free and a great way to meet the locals. There is always a real community atmosphere at the top. Sunsets are the same, except people take wine instead of coffee:) Woodstock is the new design district and the Biscuit Mill is worth a visit on a Saturday when they have the Neighbourgoods Market Neighbourgoods market - good food and local products. Uber works well in Cape Town, but their local taxi Excite are not fancy but also safe and reliable and getting around is really cheap because Cape Town is small. The Winelands Conference CentreStellenbosch, and Franschhoek are definitely worth a visit if you have time. They are around 45 minutes drive outside of Cape Town. Great food experiences but can be a little expensive depending on where you go. Lastly if you can, First Thursday's is a good one to try and work into your plan:
