Where in Brooklyn?! 3am, 15 minutes, mid day 3 hours!
Hi Fitzy,
I agree with Diane, Chris and Nicole. Driving time would depend on which neighborhood in Brooklyn and in the Bronx, and the time of the day you're driving.
Here are some examples:
It takes about 1 1/2 hours during normal daytime hours from Castle Hill Bronx to Prospect Park Brooklyn. It'll be over 2 1/2 hours during rush hours.
It takes just over an hour during normal daytime hours from Riverdale (New York)(Bronx) to Williamsburg (Brooklyn). It's almost the same if you drive from Pelham Gardens (Bronx) to Greenpoint(Brooklyn).
We like using Waze for GPS and live traffic updates.
Mentioned in this answer:
Which neighborhood to which neighborhood? It can vary between 20+ minutes to 1 hr+ depending on start/end points, time of day, toll or no toll, etc.
Google maps is almost always accurate to determine this, although keep in mind that time of day and other factors play a huge role.
That's a really broad question depending on where in the Bronx to where in Brooklyn and when you're going. If you type your specific to/from into google maps it will tell you an approximate time. GPS apps like Waze will tell you in real time how long it will take.
