Hi Terri! The Courtyard Boston Brookline  is 20 feet away from the Green Line and an easy walk to Fenway Park. In Brookline, you'll be surrounded by great casual restaurants and cafes - great for starting the day before hitting Boston proper.

Hi Terri, good spot for easy access to the T is either in Cambridge (Massachusetts) or Newton (Massachusetts).

I am originally from Back Bay and totally agree with all the suggestions here, also is the Westin at Fanueil Hall. Request a room with a view and you can see all the action going on at night streetside. Walking distance to the T and amazing good food across the street, shopping and the comedy clubs. When I go back to Beantown, it's where my husband and I go for a few nights of "us" time!

I would recommend Courtyard Marriott Brookline, which is at 40 Webster St, Brookline, MA 02446 right outside of the Fenway/Kenmore area and on the green line T. Lots of shops and restaurants in Coolidge Corner to explore, and a quick ride downtown!

If you're staying near the north end, the Cambridge Gateway Inn was a nice place.
