Where have you had the most memorable dessert?
Geranium Creme Brulé in Bergheim. The chef makes his own geranium liqueur, but wouldn't sell me any. It is the kind of dessert dreams are made of. Haunting.
A very close second is the Coulan at El Rincon del Faro in Puçol. It's one of those desserts that looks simple, but packs a punch of flavor. Surprising and delicious.
In Thailand, they serve sticky rice, topped with a bit of coconut milk and alongside pieces of sweet yellow Mango,
Refreshing, light, not too sweet, interesting...
ÉS Bisztróat the Kempinski Hotel Corvinus Budapest. The dessert was ice cream served to look like spaghetti (noodles and all). The "sauce" was chocolate sauce, and the shredded white chocolate was the "parmesan" cheese. Wasn't the best tasting (it was good though), but it was the most interesting.
