Best free things to do in Bend?

I'm going to be in Bend next month and will be on a pretty tight budget. I'm looking for the best free and inexpensive things to check out! I love the outdoors, art, museums, you name it. Thanks!

Check out McMenamins Old St. Francis School and take a dip in the steaming Turkish Bath for $5 per person. Wander around the whole property, check out the funky art everywhere and look for O'Kanes Pub hidden away behind the secret fence. Fire pits, pints of beer and lots of locals.

If the weather is good, take a hike along the Deschutes River Trail or drive up to Mount Bachelor, lots of day hikes around there.

Go Tubing on the River in the Summer or Skiing/snowshoeing in the winter. There are incredible biking trails, microbreweries and restaurants. My personal favorite is Bangers & Brews - Westside. Great little family owned restaurant.
