Restaurants in Barcelona?

I am looking for some restaurants in Barcelona where the food is good and local and the price normal, affordable. Please give me the name and address or the area.

I went to Barcelona  to eat. And I researched and found many places and I tried many. The place I think has the best balance of tapas and budget-ish is Tapas 24. I kept going back again and again. Tip: Try to go there outside peak hours because the queue stretches down the street.

  2. Tapas 24 (restaurant)

I'm really terrible at remembering the names of restaurants. Although not "local" Barcelona has some AMAZING sushi. There are several places in the Gracia area, the one we went to was pretty cheap all you can eat for less than 20 Euro per person and it was super fresh, probably the best sushi I've had.

We also ate at Attic which was a really nice restaurant on the second level of the building right on La Rambla so you can get a nice view of the street if you sit by the window. The food was really tasty and all priced pretty well.

Ciudad Condal - Rambla de Catalunya, 18 Gran Via de Las Cort Catalanes. Two blocks above Barcelona-Plaça de Catalunya. You must go and push in elbow to elbow with the locals. Fresh seafood, huge variety of jamon and other dishes. Best in Barcelona.

In BCN you have to go to eat good tapas at Ciudad Condal

Paco Alcalde is an old typical restaurant of BCN to eat good fish or the best Pan Con Tomate.

Don't miss Bodega 1800 and Tickets bar. Very typical, real spanish bars.

See at:

And Dont forget to book, they are always full.

I recomend you order:

"Tortilla de patata" ( spanish omelette)

"Pan amb Tumaca" with spanish olive oil

Enjoy....¡Buen Provecho!
