What is a good family-friendly seafood restaurant that isn't too touristy?
Not exclusively seafood, but I highly, highly recommend Zorba's Bar & Grill in Greektown. Don't let the exterior frighten you, it's by far one of the best Greek restaurants I've been to in the US. Be sure to order the octopus. The lamb chops are also excellent.
Depends on what you are looking for exactly, and what area. My favorite restaurant downtown is Ryleigh's Oyster, Federal Hill ....they have amazing oysters and tons of seafood, and it's not touristy at all. Also Mama's On the Half Shell in Canton is great, and also a local spot. Both are bars too so they can get pretty crowded for happy hour/on the weekend evenings, but definitely family friendly as well! Another one is Boathouse Canton which if you went early would definitely be family friendly!

It's 15 min outside of Baltimore City in Linthicum but G&M Restaurant and Lounge (G&M) is a really good family friendly restaurant with famous crabcakes.
Here's a second vote for Nick's Fish House but we also love Ryleigh's Oyster, Hunt Valley - it's outside of the city but you can also find one downtown in Fells Point Ryleigh's Oyster, Federal Hill.

Definitely go to L.P. Steamers and sit upstairs on the deck while the weather is good. Shrimp salad is fantastic!
I would suggest G&M Restaurant and Lounge. It is a sit down place. Be prepared to wait since they do not make reservations. The locals go here. The height of touristy will be Phillips Seafood.
