From Bakersfield: 58 to Barstow then I-40 east passing through or near Flagstaff, Santa Rosa (New Mexico) and Amarillo to Oklahoma City. Then I-35 north and I-44 east to and through Tulsa before taking the 412 to Siloam Springs. Then 59 north to Decatur (Arkansas) , 102 east to just before Centerton (Arkansas), left to go north on 279 and east on 340 into Bella Vista.
