Friendly restaurants for a business group in Austin?

I am meeting up with a group in Austin this Thursday evening and we did a good restaurant recommendation. No one has any experience with Austin unfortunately. We're all into the Paleo type eating and budget is pretty modest. Anything that's relaxed and conversation friendly should work. Thanks in advance!

Trudy's South Star big enough good food , would call ahead

Iron Works BBQ longtime classic. Great food , but downtown. So if you are staying downtown good match. Better BBQ than Stubb's( my experience ) Also Matt's Famous El Rancho great Tex Mex been there since 1957. Thai- North Lamar Austin, Titaya's Thai Cuisine best Thai food in Austin. They were closed for a year to remodel  & last visit the place was packed. In Austin, it's good to call ahead /or reserve.

There is a Paleo food trailer with outdoor seating called Picnik Austin ( 1700 S Lamar Blvd, Austin, TX 78704) it's not really open late though. If you like interior Mexican you can't go wrong with El Naranjo on Rainey street. You can get some Paleo options there. Their cochinita pabil is awesome and Paleo ish.
