im trying to decide where to go for my 50th birthday - just wondering if atlantic city is recommended and what its like there.. safety, cleanliness, vagrants, pan handling?
If you enjoy the casinos...AC has them. That's about all that can be said for it. Its best days are behind it -- it's decaying and looking for a new identity. I wouldn't worry about it being unsafe, if you stick to the Boardwalk area. You might find it a little depressing, though.
