Where to stay and what to do in Asheville N. Carolina?

I'm in the hotel business and we spent a few nights at the Aloft hotel a couple of years ago. We loved it, my wife ate at Rhubarb 2 weeks ago and highly recommends it. Visit the French Broad Chocolate Lounge if you like chocolate, Wicked Weed Brewing for a good beer and fun food, Izzy's Coffee Den for coffee, very laid back , no Starbucks atmosphere there but great coffee.

Check out would be Tupelo Honey Cafe, and right across the stree is Pritchard park. Locals love going to Pritchard Park every Friday night for a drum circle that is really fun!

You must explore the Biltmore Estate. It is stunning and worth it. 

The Aloft Asheville Downtown on Biltmore Ave, is new and very nice. It is also centrally located for those who want to step right out into the action, (right by Double D's Coffee & Desserts). They also allow pets, and have beautiful views of the mountains.
