Tucson is a great place to stay.  It is more laid back than Scottsdale. Great hiking, biking and is home to the "Best 23 Miles of MexicanFood ".  In December 2015, Tucson snagged the United States’ first UNESCO City of Gastronomy title, joining cities in Brazil, China, Colombia, Japan, Lebanon, and Sweden. Even USA Today featured the Tucson Food Scene.

Baja Arizona looks—and tastes—like nowhere else in North America, with a rich culinary heritage that spans 4,000 years and a border that encompasses distinct Mexican and Native traditions in both food and drink.

Stay at the beautiful Hacienda Del Sol Guest RanchWith awe-inspiring mountain vistas, sparkling pools and lush gardens, the historic Hacienda Del Sol Guest Ranch Resort was once a getaway for Hollywood royalty.

Visit Mission San Xavier del Bac . This brilliant white structure is considered the “Sistine Chapel of North America” for the intricate paintings on the walls and ceiling. It is still a Catholic parish serving the Tohono O’odham community for whom it was established in the late 1600s.

Depending what time you visit, Tucson never disappoints.
