I am not sure what season you are traveling. You have posted a very general area. I have charted a course to Teton Village, Wyoming. There are many mountains. I would start the drive to Denver, Colorado and stay on the North West side of the City. From Denver to Rock Springs, Wyoming. From Rock Springs to Teton Village, Wyoming. The Hostel, looks like a good place to stay in Teton Village. Please take 1 case of water per person/pet. Check out laws about driving with chains on tires in each state.
