Cheapest place to get fresh produce in town?

We're in town for the next few months (marino and then mt. George) and looking for the best places to reduce our grocery bills? Any recommendations much appreciated!! Thanks guys!

If you go to the Adelaide Central Market an hour before closing on a day that they are not open the following day, many vendors will be dumping produce that they don't expect to be able keep for a few days.

Your best bet would be to shop at farmers markets and farm stalls. Willunga Farmers Market is on every Saturday morning about 20 mins from Marino. Make it even cheaper by purchasing a membership to the market - you then get 10% off everything. Otherwise Adelaide Central Markethas lots of cheap produce
