About Me

What Hats Do You Wear?

I'm a recording artist, multi-instrumentalist, student, actor, writer, and visitor of this world. It's been kind to me thus far...let's hope that keeps up.

Words to live by?

Everything in Moderation. Even Moderation.

What turns you on?

Travel (obviously), Laughter, Art-making, coffee & conversation, running, hiking, spending time with beautiful things whether it be people, paintings, food, or nature. Writing, meditation/prayer, articulation.

What Thomas Merton Quote resonates with you today?

What I Wear Is Pants, What I Do Is Live, How I Pray Is Breathe

What kind of Art do you ingest most often?

A lot of autobiographies, Spiritual texts and philosophy, Pop science, history books, and a few graphic novels here and there.

The Godfather and Star Wars are tied for 1st place for me. But I'll watch anything with Michael J. Fox or Steve Zahn in it.

Led Zeppelin, Bach, Thelonious Monk, Tom Waits, Foo Fighters, Janelle answer an impossible question.

Kinds of People You Spend Time With?

I feel like this question is just screaming at me to say EVERYONE...but if I'm honest I really appreciate self-aware individuals who don't take life too seriously with a passion for sharing and receiving knowledge. Those that enjoy physical exertion and contemplation in equal measure. And those for whom love, respect, and a sense of humor trump knowledge, strength, and having to be perceived as correct.
