Niagara Falls (New York): Is it best to stay in NY or in Canada to see the falls?
My travel companion doesn't have a passport. I think I would prefer to stay in Canada. I'm trying to convince him to get a passport and want to know if there are advantages to staying in Canada or in New York. See More
