I love Paris, great walking streets, incredible architecture, perfect martinis (London Savoy, anyone?), thrift shops, museums, food halls, royalty, shopping, and people watching. I love shopping bags so much I even created a on-line museum dedicated to them.
Solvang! It's a little Danish village that I would think any kid would love! If you've got the patience for it, you could also try LEGOLAND California. I also think Cambria is a great place for kids--just enough to do without having them get cranky. See More
