About Me

I've lived in China, Taiwan and Japan. I've traveled extensively in Asia including most of SE Asia, the Philippines, Korea, Indonesia, Cambodia and Tibet. I've also traveled in southern Europe, Turkey, Mexico, Canada and around the USA. For me, Asia is the most compelling and dynamic region of the world. I love the histories, cultures, cuisines, religions (Buddhism and Taoism), landscapes and peoples of Asia. I also feel fortunate to live in western Montana.
