"Hi Gordon, it's entirely possible to get between the two. the easiest direct route is the Orio Shuttle (Route 3). It leaves both terminals at Malpensa Airport and drops off at Bergamo Orio al Serio International Airport airport (16 euro if booked in advance; travel time approx. 2hrs).
