Here's what Trippy members say about Washington, DC:
"If you have the time or have been to the museums on the National Mall already, go further out to visit Mt Vernon in Alexandria, Virginia, or the Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center & National Air and Space Museum near Dulles Airport in Virginia. If you choose Mount Vernon, try taking the boat trip from the Alexandria docks. It's a lovely ride down the Potomac River and back, but be prepared to spend an entire day doing the boat trip and visiting Mount Vernon."
