I'm going to go to Howth next saturday, and I'd like to know how to get there by bus leaving from dublin city centre. If somedody can help me, i appreciate that.
so fast and easy by train.
I don't know why you'd want to take the bus over the DART train, seems like that would be so much quicker and more direct
Hi Felipe, The metro system in Dublin is the DART and there is a line that goes out to Howth. Very easy to use, inexpensive and sticks you right at the port. Karl
Ooops I forgot, welcome to VT.....
As you live in Dublin and you really want to go by bus why don't you enquire at the bus depot right next to Pearse station.
But I agree the DART is the way we always go.
Take the number 31 from Lower Abbey Street (near the National Lottery offices).
The bus goes through the village and then right up to the summit.
thanks for help me!!!
I'll go by dart...I didn't know that i could.
Yes but mind you take the Howth DART...one line goes to Malahide.
well Malahide is equally as fun as Howth so if you make a mistake...who cares. We ended up in Dun Laoghaire by accident and it was awesome. Have an awesome time (you will of course)
Yes Ellen I agree with you but the poster asked to go to Howth.
Yes, I get that...just saying.
I've heard good things about dun laoghaire, it'll be nice go there!!!
I am confused...you profile says you are in Dublin...have you just moved there.
The Dart goes south to Bray a seaside town and sometimes as far as Graystones passing through Dun Laogaire (ferry to Wales) on the way.
North it goes to Malahide or Howth....both gorgeous.
