Hello VT members
I have applied for Georgian E-visa, they said that they will study the case and will reply me within five working days, today is the 6th day, is that mean I will not get it or it is normal to be late to give decision, and I just have to wait longer?
What font is shown at the stations?
Hello, does anybody know what the timetable of the marshrutka from Gori to Kutaisi is? Thank you
We are 3 people who want to do the Tobavarchkhili lakes trek in the end of September.
We want to hire a guide (a Hunter), a horse and to rent equipment suitable for outdoor sleeping (tent etc)
Is it possible? and if so, we'd love to get a recommendation about a guide so we can contact him in advance.
Thank you, Noga

i actually live in Atlanta but lots of research thought someone might have a good suggestions on a location for a wedding ceremony- small maybe 25 people, we are on a VERY tight budget, and i would love a gazebo. Does anyone have any suggestions or arear they might recommend?
I am going on a spur of the moment mini vacay to Atlanta this Friday and Saturday. 1/25-1/26. I am going with a man who is fairly new to Georgia (he is from England) He wants to experience Atlanta in full. What are some great nightclubs, bars, pool halls or sportsbars that are in Atlanta that anyone can recommend. Or really anything at all. It would be greatly appreciated!
I am planning my second road trip to the South, starting in Dallas, going down through Louisiana, Georgia and into South Carolina, and we would love to experience a baseball game whilst we are there this time. It doesnt have to be a big game, as money is an issue, but we would love the experience. Can anyone tell me where i should be looking to try and see a game? We are not going til around May 2013 so i know it will just be a rough idea, but i like to plan ahead ;o) Location is not too important as i havent set our route yet, but as a rough idea we will be leaving from New Orleans and heading to Lumpkin, and then probably across to Savannah, so anywhere roughly on route would be good. Any suggestions would be greatly received! thanks!
We are looking for a cabin in North Georgia with a jaccuzzi and hopefully a creek or riverbank (or lakefront) for a weekend getaway---needs to be very private---hopefully we can get some skinny dipping in! Alot of cabins have a 3 night minimum and we only want friday and saturday nights.....any help?
This is my first driving trip in this area. Flying into Atlanta and driving to Ft Walton Beach. I am looking for places of interest along the way that would include old historic towns and architecture, and photographic landscapes. I also want to stay near interstate 85 or if routed through Columbus Georgia then I would readjust my route map. I've been looking through websites, but would love some ideas.
Hi, in january -11 I'm thinking of spending a few days in Savannah prior to a seminar in Orlando, what kind of weather might I expect?
Your input is much appreciated.

So my question! Are ther any? And if so any good motels that can be recomended?
Thanks for the advice!!!!!
taking a road trip tomorrow from Wilmington to Valdosta GA and wondered if there is anything nearby I-95 worth stopping at or seeing?
I'm in Atlanta for a business trip and like to rent a very small cabin in the north georgia mountains. It's only me, so no need for a big place.
Though, it should have a great view and a balcony, because I still need to get some work done.
Thanks a lot!
Two old farts (escaping for a while from our spouses), are going from Las Vegas to get a car. We are driving it back to Maine. I have never been in Georgia that I can recall. The airport doesn't count in my book.
We are trying to decide whether to stay on the interstate and go through Jacksonville, or cut the corner to Savannah on April 22. We will be driving from New Orleans (with an early start), and were thinking we would spend the night in Savannah or Charleston. We could stay in any small town on the way (spending the night on the coast or a fancy place is not critical). Any B&B advice would also be welcome. We really won't take too much time for sightseeing or do the "touristy thing", but we will stop now and then to take pictures and, of course, eat once or three times.
We are big foodies, so if there are advantages to going one way or another, and hitting some specific towns, if they offer better eating opportunities, then we will go that way. Forget chain restaurants; we won't eat at them. We'd like good Georgia Low Country food and/or seafood!
When I say cut across, we could go just about any way, but I would like to go through Savannah as we head up the coast. We might get off I-10 between Mobile and Tallahassee.
I'd appreciate any advice you have.
We are two older ladies planning an auto trip the end of March along the coast from Charleston south into Florida. We are particularly interested in gardens, and would appreciate information about any that we shouldn't miss. Also anything else along the way that would be interesting.
I am arriving at Atlanta Intl. airport in October.

Hi I am in Atlanta for Spring break My husband and I have to babysit our two grandkids aged 7 and 8.whilst their parents go on holiday. We would like to know of anything that may interest them around Atlanta. We don't mind taking them away for a few days either in a R.V. or motel if there is an area that they may like.I know they have done Atlanta to death. Much obliged for any help you can give
Does anyone know a good place to hire a RV OR Motorhome hire in atlanta, close to airport?
Im an under 25 driver but over 21.

Has anyone got any ideas on how much the price can be?
I'm looking for a large shopping mall in Atlanta that can be got to from the international airport. Something that will have the usual Gap,Banana Republic etc stores. I'll have about 7-8hrs stop over and I've been given a shopping list. Is tehr any mall close to the airport and if not what would be the easiest to get to from the airport and about how much would it cost by taxi from the airport.
Thanks for any help.
Hello all! My family and I will be traveling from Birmigham, AL to a cabin near Helen, GA on the day before Thanksgiving (the most heavily traveled day of the year). My concern is whether we should attempt the trip through the the nightmare of Atlanta traffic, or if we should re-route to bypass Atlanta altogether (like possibly going through Chattanooga).
I'm looking for some expert advice here.
Mom and girls are planning a trip to see the Egyptian exhibit any hotel tips to pass on? Nearby with adult nightlife would be awesome!(Not ADULT) More sex and the cityish;-))
I will be in Savannah next week for 4 days. Can anyone recommend a few restaurants (preferably some local hangouts - not tourist traps)? Also, any must see/must do suggestions are greatly appreciated!
We are planning a visit to the South, flying into Atlanta and hiring a car for 2 weeks.
Our must-sees are Savannah, Charleston and St Augustine which I suppose could be done in a week. I would like to hear suggestions for how long to devote to those cities as that will determine the rest of our route.
For instance, Mobile and Selma sound interesting as does the Florida coast between Pensacola and Apalachicola. I didn't think at first we would want to spend much time in Atlanta but its art museum sounds very good. Also if we're travelling that far anyway, is it worth the detour to Kennedy Space Center?
We have lots of interests like art and architecture and music and good food so any itinerary ideas would be welcome!
We're thinking late February/early March. I know it will be far warmer than England that time of year, but is it going to be shirt-sleeves warm? Looking forward to any feedback, cheers!
Heading to Atlanta on Thursday and we can take our time...any interesting places along I-75 (within say 30 miles from the highway) from the TN border down to Atlanta? Wineries, local museums, etc are the kind of things I have in mind. Good local places to eat too.
We are driving from Atlanta to West Palm Beach on Sunday (Aug 5) Planning to arrive sometime on Monday. Usually we are attempting to break land-speed-records on this trip but this time we have at least a day & 1/2. Know of any fun interesting stops on the way?
I am trying to look at the Marietta, Georgia area and would like to do a little looking before heading down. I would like to live about 35 or 40 minutes away from the city. I need to know about schools (public and private) and housing (buying and renting). We now live in the country and I would like to continue doing that if possible. Where should I start?
A friend and I will be in Georgia this Decemeber and are looking for travel destinations for Dec. 25, 26 and 27. Does anyone have any ideas for Savannah, Charleston or perhaps Nashville? Is anything open on Christmas Day?
