The creek area is very interesting - you can see old buildings and outdoor restaurants at the Shingdga Waterfront area, visit the old souq, Dubai Museum, Bastika, and view the Grand Mosque, Iranian Mosque on the Bur Dubai side of the creek. Take an abra ride across the creek visit the gold souq, perfume souq, spice souq, fish souq, vegetable/fruit souq on Deiira side of creek.

Themed shopping malls are interesting in Dubai - Ibn Battuta Mall looks like six different areas of the world, Wafi Mall Ancient Egyptian theme, evening sound and light show; Mercato Mall - Venetian theme, Souq Madinat Jumeriah looks like traditional Arab Village.

Dubai Mall - acquarium, fountain show, next to tallest building in world, next to old style souq, ice-skatig rink.

Mall of the Emirates - indoor ski slope.

Water parks - Wild Wadi, Atlantis.

View Burj al Arab Hotel.

Visit a beach.

Jumeirah Beach area. Burj al Arab 7* hotel and Wild Wadi plus the Marina area are all northern based. ALso near enough to the Mall of the Emirates and its indoor ski slope. There are numerous mosques down the strip near Jumeirah beach

Then I would head to the old creek area, a good bazaar, medina there plus the old fort. Cross the water in an old agra, or take a boat trip up Dubai Creek. Nearby to the creek area is the gold souk. Worth a visit.

Central would be the worlds tallest building, the Burj Khalifa and the new Dubai Mall.

Nearer the airport is the likes of the Wafi Mall Ancient Egyptian themed but also has a number of restaurants and a "souk".

A desert trip is OK if a little manufactured.

You'll find Dubai is a mix and uncertain if its a western of middle eastern city.
Its a great destination for the time period you have.

Ferrari World is actually in Abu Dhabi, not Dubai, and that means a whole day trip. I'd give it a miss, there's plenty to see and do, as the others have said in Dubai, with only four days.

Dubai has lots more than what was mentioned but they have briefly mentioned all of the major attraction areas but it is better if you mention what you want in such a trip I can suggest you more places.
