where can i find eat all you can places and the best lechon cebu? i dont want to miss this when i go to cebu this january =)
try the CNT lechon .. they have an eatery rightin front of SM Cebu
While you're in the area eric suggested try dropping by Chika-an sa Cebu located at the 2/F SM Cebu.
This is a local restaurant, very nicely appointed, family-oriented kind of place. The prices aren't all that expensive. I tried and liked their Halaan soup with lukot (local seaweeds), sizzling eggplant (wish it was spicier) and grilled spareribs. Their tuna kinilaw looked delicious too. :)
thanks for that tip monina.
ill try to check that out when i get back to cebu this january during sinulog. i already booked my plane ticket and hotel room. Yey!
Eric! You better check out the food stalls near Fuente Osmeña and the Hospital. I heard they have good local food there. I guess more sinugba. :) I asked the taxi driver where i can have local food and he suggested that venue (I guess it's a little bit like the one in Baguio's Burnham Park). I had no time to check it out though.
r u referring to Larsian?
i was there last august. it was a happy experience. i love the barbecue. eheh
i think that's it! so it's definitely more sinugba experience?!
i'll have to try that next time i'm in cebu.
Lechon = CNT Lechon fronting SM City Cebu, or Lechon stalls in Talisay (extra crisp skin)
Eat All you Can = If you're going for a splurge - go to Manuel's (in Parklane International Hotel), if you're going for Cebu stuff go to AA Bbq (its not exaclty eat all you can but its got really good bbq goodies)
Others: Your not in Cebu until you've had ngohiong.. i suggest you go to "I AM NGOYONG HOUSE"
It's in AS fortuna st. (In front of Sunriser Motorcycles - just before Jollibee Highway branch). It doesn't even come close to the other stores. Serious :)
helo! there's a new hotel near Robinson's place [CLUB ULTIMA] they have this eat all u can buffet for only 400.. my friends tried it already..:D
:) sorry... i've stayed at club ultima and tried their buffet... nothing really special i am afraid...

ngohiong is liuke turon made of ubod and other ingredients then deep crispy fried.
