I read couple books about Bhutan and found that orchid curry is a delicacy. Does anybody know what kind of orchids they use for this curry? I would be extra thrilled if there is a recipe out there!!

If it is from the roots of orchid, we use it in Turkey. We put it into some pastry and boil it with milk and drink it in winter. Salep is the name of the spice.
