BUS, Train or car rental?
You can certainly get from Frankfurt airport by train.
You will find train times, details and fares in English on the official German website here:
Choose 'Frankfurt (M) Flugh' (flughafen = airport) and 'Bad Neustadt (Saale)'
The fastest journey time (just under 3 hours) involves one change of train. It also involves the type of train (ICE) where you can get good discounts on advance online tickets so if you are happy to tie yourself to a specific departure buying in advance online may well be worthwhile. Do allow plenty of time for getting through border control, baggage reclaim & customs and for getting to the airport station..it's within the airport site.
Whether you prefer to drive is really up to you. Have a look at www.viamichelin for driving route and times (around 2.5 hours in good conditions, I should think, with time on top for collecting the car and doing the paperwork)).
Best connection is with train through Würzburg Hbf reiseauskunft.bahn.de/bin/qu...
Yes, that is the same website as I linked above. Like all European railway websites, it gives the 'best' (i.e. fastest) connections by default.
Yes. With my link he does not have to type anything and my advice is using connection through Wurzburg. So what is problem? :-)
There is no problem. Not sure why you think there is?
I pointed out that your link is to the same website as the one I gave, except that mine is the English language version (so much easier if you have no, or little, German) and that all European railway websites give the 'best' (i.e. fastest) journey options by default.
Just clarifying your original post. :-)
