Hey guys! I need a good place to stay in Antalya for just a few days with me and my GF. What would you recommend me? Actually we don't like to stay at the coast cause as usual it gets more expensive, too many drunk people making too much noise during the day and night time as well. We need a peaceful and calm place with a pool an better somewhere in the center of the city of Antalya. Any variants?
I'm planning to go to Antalya for 3 days next week. I was wondering what is the best location to look for a hotel for somebody that wants to enjoy the beach and also old town night life, easy access to visit waterfalls and caves.
I was wondering if there is any beach that you can easily access from the old town, walking distance or 5-10 min by buss.
Or, if is better to look for a hotel in Kemer or Lara beach areas. How is the night life there? are you stuck to the hotel or there are planty of places to chill out?
I want to pick up Antayla and drop off either Izmir or Istanbul.
I am planing to go at the beginning of Nov 1 week in Belek - Hotel Belek Beach Resort. Becaquse we will spend 3 full days at the hotel I am thinking to rent one car in order to visit the area around Belek.
Would be nice if you can advise about the following questions:
1. Have anybody been before in this hotel? Comments. We have booked only bed&breakfast. Do you know which are the prices of foods and beverages in this hotel? Because have the possibility of change the status to half/full board.
2. How we can move from the hotel to Belek? (public transport..... prices...)
3. Can you recommend one car rental company and prices?
4. Things to do and special recommendations.. (restaurants, places to visit..)
Tks again for yr help on this.
I've bought two tickets for one week holiday at Falcon Hotel, Lara/Antalya, it has to be a surprise for my girl friend....But...she saw some photos and...no beach! For me the classic sandy beach is an obsolete picture but for a woman.......:(
Now, I want to ask people living in Antalya or guests of this hotel, at least is it possible to swim near the beach platform? Or it's just for catching skin??? Because if it's not possible...I won't have a nice time there....:)
Thanks! Wait for your answers!
How are you today?i hope good

Thinking now of staying in Kalkan/Kas for 4-5 nights; I know about the villamahal in Kalkan though it may be a bit pricey. Does anyone know of other smallish hotels in these cities or nearby that offer a couple cozy stays with decent sea views?

I have one day in Antalya; well not quite I arrive in the afternoon and then leave the next morning at 9:20. My flight out of Antalya to Istanbul is at 9:20 so I guess I need to be there an hour before hand. With this information in hand can anyone help me with these questions?
A hotel that’s in driving range to the airport but still close enough to some nightlife or close enough to be able to walk and see some of the city. By seeing the city in this short of time I mean relaxing and having a drink and taking in some of the Antalya lifestyle. It would be nice if the hotel had a pool but it doesn't matter. The main thing is to grasp some of the city life and be able to grab a short taxi ride to the airport very early in the morning.
My head is spinning looking at hotels but I have no idea if any fit my above requirements as I don’t know the area.
Any help would be appreciated
Did anybody visit the Club Med 18+ hotel in Kemer before?
Any tips, do's and don'ts???
I am planning to travel to turkey during the last week of may and I hesitate between Izmir and Antalya. In antalya, I would be getting an all inclusive plan at HOTEL MIRADA DEL MAR. I am looking for a relaxing week of beach, sun, swimming, good food and drinks along with experiencing the local attractions. Pictures look great, but I am not sure how are the beaches that time of the year, how are the all inclusive plans (quality) and many other thing :-)
any feedback is highly appreciated...
I am arriving at Antalya airport from the UK on 17 Jan about 3pm and need to get a bus to Marmaris. How do I get to Marmaris on the bus from Antalya on 17 Jan.

1. Where to stay - Bodrum, Marmaris, Antalya? We wouldn't like to stay in the big city. When I say Bodrum and Antalya, I think of their sorroundings.
2. What is MUST SEE?
3. Where is the best nightlife?
hi. Is anyone here living around Beldibi?
I am thinking of visiting for some time in the summer...
I realize its a small town with not many people and where things close early at night.
But are there sufficient activites to keep me satisfied during the day?
Is everything high-priced tourist stuff or can I find residential civilization too?
I would go for vacation, not work, but do not plan everyday to be a holiday.
Possibly some daytrips to Antalya proper are in order.
Looking for advice...

1. Does anyone know till what time (on a sunday) is it possible to travel from Antalya city (or possibly the airport) to Kemer?
I prefer using the local public transportaion and pay in Liras rather than Euros.
2. Is there public transportaion from Antalya airport to the city on saturday around 22:30, or taxi is the only option?
3. Any recommendations for cheap hotels/hostels with bedsheets in Antalya?
Thanks a lot for all the answerers.
In the middle of a two week organized tour, three of us (Maybe more by Oct. 19) active & positive senior ladies will spend a week staying in and around Antalya.
First question: Is it wise to rent a car to go to the beaches, the sites, etc.?
Suggested agencies please.
Second: Anyone with experience hiring a driver? How does the cost compare?
Third: Recommended places to stay, 3star, preferably on or walking distance to beach.
Thanks so much....join us if you wish for 2 or 3 weeks!
