Things to see/do in September

Will Denali still be accessible to us in September. Any tours remaining?

This site is extremely informative and from what i gather the park is still open in September, weather permitting

We were there at the end of July. It's very much getting into Autumn by then, "berry season" as the locals aptly described it. Chatting to a local when we got up to Fairbanks we were told that they expected the first snows by the end of August. So, yes I'd expect it to be very weather dependent.
The seasons much change very quickly though as we were camping and had no problems with the weather apart from one night of heavy rain. I guess it could depend on whether you mean the start, the middle or the end of September.

Snow is rare in August, except at altitiudes above 7000 ft. The later you go in September the higher the risk of snow but still not for sure. Shuttle bus runs until mid September. Hotels close up by 3rd week of September, but there are a few places outside the park that stay open much later.
