Best Way To Get To Hotel From Aeroline Drop Off

I'm traveling to Singapore from Kuala Lumpur on the Aeroline bus and it says that the drop off is at Coach Bay at Level 1, Harbourfront Centre.

I'm staying at the Royal Plaza on Scotts and traveling with four adults and two kids.

What are my options for getting to the hotel from Harbourfront Centre?

    hello Huzaili,

you can also try Uber, which work pretty well in Singapore. Use uber-x or uber-taxi, it is cheaper than a cab.

    cheers

The straightforward option is to head over to the taxi stand at level 1, and cab over to Royal Plaza on Scotts (it is a short distance

However, since your group consists of 5 adults and 2 kids, you will need to grab two cabs.

Alternately, a more inexpensive option would be to take the train (MRT).
Make your way to harbourfront train station (located in the same building)
and purchase tickets to ION Orchard Station.

Orchard road Station(located under ION orchard) has a direct underpass that takes about 5 - 10 mins walk to and exit about 50m to Royal Plaza on Scotts
You may want to ask the control station personnels for assistance.

    Cheers.

Definitely cab or Uber, if you're travelling such a large group with luggage. You COULD take the MRT, but then there's getting ezlink cards for everyone...

In case you are leaning towards Uber, here's a referral code for S$10 off your first ride: https://www.uber.com/invite/ubernightsurfer (sorry!)

Hi, I actually live a few blocks from here. HarbourFront is a busy ferry and bus terminal (mall and office complex) so your transport options are plenty. Right at the bus dropoff you can get a taxi that has just dropped off passengers. There is also a couple of taxi stands within a short walking distance. If you prefer just go into the mall and down the escalator to take the MRT (metro). You can take the purple (northeast) line, change at Dhoby Ghaut station and take the red (north south) line to Orchard station. just follow the exits signs to Scott's road (Shaw House), your hotel is half a block from the station. You could also take the bus but its more hectic for a larger group with luggage.

My recommendation based on your group size would be to use two taxis to get you there. Depending on the time you arrive a taxi drive should be less than SGD 15.

    Enjoy Singapore!

    Hey man!

The fastest way is to cab there via taxi.

    The cheaper way:

1)Go to HarbourFront MRT station(ask for directions there)

2)Get an ezlink card if you plan to travel via public transport. Its way cheaper.

3)Take the MRT from Harbourfront station to Orchard station. (From Harboutfront station, take the North-East line (purple) to Dhoby Ghaut station. Get off the train and walk to the transit at the North-South line(Red) and proceed to take the train to Orchard station)

    4) Walk to Royal Plaza on Scotts.

    Cheers!
