Fun and interesting and tasty?

I am going to be in beautiful (sarcasm) Sierra Vista over Mothers Day weekend on a break between two weeks of training for work. Anything good to eat or fun to do, or should I hightail it to Tuscon?

I don't know of anything right in Sierra Vista but Bisbee and Tombstone are close by.

    Bisbee

Once one of the West's most prosperous copper mining towns, Bisbee is now a modern artists' colony perched on picturesque hillsides. Visit the The Lavender Pit , historic Brewery Gulch and the many fascinating galleries and shops. Bisbee is the seat of Cochise County government and an Arizona Main Street City. You'll want to stop at the Bisbee Visitor Center before you start exploring.

About 30 miles south of Sierra Vista at an altitude of over 5000 feet, Old Bisbee , a National Historic Landmark, offers visitors a unique sense of living history. See the open pit mine to experience the history of copper, or experience what it was like to be a copper miner by taking the Queen Mine Tour. Learn the special geology of the area at the Bisbee Mining and Historical Museum. Visit the many specialty shops featuring arts, crafts and culinary delights.

    Tombstone

"The Town Too Tough to Die," home to Wyatt Earp, Doc Holiday, the Clantons, and the infamous OK Corral and Boothill Graveyard . When you walk the streets of Tombstone, you can imagine yourself walking in the footsteps of Wyatt, Doc, Johnny Ringo - all the good guys and bad guys who lived here in the town's heyday. Today you can ride a stagecoach around the historic streets, see live shootouts, eat in a former saloon, or shop for art, jewelry, or souvenirs. The Tombstone Visitors Center (Visitor Center) should be your first stop. And you'll also want to spend some time at the Tombstone Courthouse State Historic Park (Tombstone Courthouse Historic State Park) for a glimpse of life in Tombstone's early days.

Tombstone has reenactments during the day.

Sierra Vista actually has a few good places to eat:

Vinny's New York Pizza and Tanuki Sushi Bar & Garden are highly rated... There are things in the area to do, such as Colossal Cave (caverns), Tombstone with the O.K. Corral & one of the most haunted hotels in America. I'm from Tucson , so not sure what else in SV though...
