Going to Scottsdale for 2 weeks -- places to eat and fun things to see?

I will be in Scottsdale for 2 weeks on Business, but my evenings and the weekend will be free. Any advice on where to eat, and any fun places to check out after business hours?

For a great steak and atmosphere, MASTRO'S CITY HALL STEAKHOUSE is incredible (and expensive).

For pizza, Pizzeria Bianco is hailed by some as the best pizza in the country (expect long waits).

For a beer in old town Scottsdale, Shotgun Bettys is interesting.

For things to do on the weekend, here is a great and very random thing to do: SkyVenture Arizona. Indoor skydiving in a huge wind tunnel. Like I said, random, but extremely fun.

One of my favorite restaurants in Scottsdale is Culinary Dropout-make sure to get the pretzels and fondue appetizer! Great for lunch and dinner. Olive & Ivy Restaurant + Marketplace is in the same area and has a wonderful patio. Butterfield's Pancake House is great for breakfast as is any The Good Egg location. Rancho Pinot has a great wine list, amazing food. Great for a romantic evening. Chompie's Deli is fun for Jewish Deli food. Blanco Tacos + Tequila has a fun patio and great non-traditional Mexican food. Of course, you must do lunch In-N-Out Burger. If you feel like heading towards downtown Phoenix, you won't regret it if you go to Pizzeria Bianco-award winning pizza-might be the best in the USA. Last, but not least, I love everything Chelsea's Kitchen-love the décor, love the food, love the patio, love the drinks! Enjoy!
