Where can I find the best ramen spots in Los Angeles?

It's getting a little colder (I say that lightly) here in LA and I've been craving some good ramen. Where are the best spots in the city?? Willing to drive all over and will splurge on pricing if it's worth it. :)

Daikokuya in Little Tokyo always has a wait, which is annoying but also a testament to its popularity.

Hey Valerie, here are my 2 personal favorites.

First Choice - Men OhRamen on E 2nd Street downtown. It's a special hole in the wall place with that great ramen taste!

Second Choice - Kopan Ramen 2 in downtown Burbank, it has a more spacious layout for larger groups and they have cool tables with hidden compartments for all your ramen eating tools. Oh and the fried rice with ramen is not to be missed.

Silver Lake Ramen. An incredible new addition to Silverlake's "Silversun Strip Mall" on Sunset. Get the Tonkotsu Ramen with Pork Belly. It's their original and its the best. Incredibly flavorful broth and perfectly prepared noodles. This spot is tied for 1st place Ramen with Daikokuya in Little Tokoyo. Hit both of these spots if you love Ramen. Both have 20 minute waits unless you go during off peak hours.

The best ramen, by far is at Tsujita LA and Tsujita LA Artisan Noodles Annex. Both are nearly impossible to get into, but if you go to the Annex at an off time (3PM on a weekday perhaps?), you will not be disappointed. And the Tsukemen is also spectacular.

Besides all the ones mentioned here, Tatsu Ramen on Sawtelle is delicious. Order off an iPad. Not a lot of seats but it's a cool community style setup.

Hands down. Tsujita LA Artisan Noodles Annex. Keyword: Annex. Make sure you go to the Annex, not their other restaurant. Trust me, you won't ever want to go anywhere else.Tsujita LA Artisan Noodles Annex
