Best spots for honeymooners in Hawaii?

We are getting married this fall and want to go to Hawaii for our honeymoon.  Where are some of the best spots for honeymooners?  Or, what are some great places to stay?  We are going for about 5 nights.

Kauai is by far the most stunning island, and most unique without losing amenities. It has character! Each town is unique and has plenty to offer in terms of "shopping" and dining. We stayed near Kapaa and loved the many food trucks. Never had a bad one! Our favorites included Chicken in a Barrel (more a stand than food truck), Little Greek Town, and BE Food Truck Café - get the chicken and waffles! We also really enjoyed Olympic Cafe in Kapaa, Tahiti Nui (best tropical drinks!) and Kalypso Island Bar & Grill-both in Hanalei.

Waimea Canyon is absolutely breath-taking, as is the drive along the Na Pali Coast. Plenty to do to keep active-hike Na Pali Coast Hike, paddle board or kayak at Wailua River or visit the Kilauea Lighthouse and take in the surf and bird watching.

It's a little more laid-back, less touristed and absolute stunning! Enjoy-

Aloha! Hawaii is a great spot for honeymooners! All islands are amazing and it al depends on the feel you are looking for - O'ahu and Mau'i are the most touristy spots.Big Island, Kauai and Molokai will provide a more local feel, nature, hikes etc.

Waikikion Oahu is a long strip with fancy shops and the beach with tons of hotels and restaurants. If you want to be more remote, I would suggest either Turtle Bay Resort on the North Shore (45mins away from Waikiki) where you'll see surfers left and right (waves get really big during the winter time and pretty flat/swimmable during the summer) or Ko Olina on the west side of the island - resort town with private beach access. Lanikai Beach is one of my favorite beaches in Kailua - a quiet little town with lots of beaches where you could probably rent a house for 5 days depending on your budget.

Get ready to unwind, relax, fall in love with the island and barbecue! This is only a glimpse, hope it helps and if you have questions - do not hesitate!

My wife and I took our honeymoon here on Kauai and I would say that in the fall you will want to be on the south side of the island. Great place to celebrate your honeymoon would be Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort and Spa or the Kiahuna Plantation Resort on the south side, or the Marriott's Kaua'i Beach Club in Lihue or the The St. Regis Princeville Resort on the north shore. The water will be calmer on the south side in the fall.
