Where can I buy the Harry Potter Books in Italian?

Hi, I'm going to be in Venice, Florence and Rome for 3 days each in July and I want to buy the Harry Potter books in Italian, where can I buy them? Is there a Italian version of Waterstones? haha, or does anyone know the equivalent book shop?

A large chain bookstore with the best selection is la Feltrinelli Librerie. You can also order them on Amazon.Or if you have time for them to be shipped to your hotel!

Both Rome and Florence have Anglo bookstores with all books in English. In Florence just behind The Duomo & The Baptistery is The Paperback Exchange. While it's small, it has both used and new books, where you can also trade in used books for a small credit. They have art, fiction, cooking, books about Italy, biographies, travel books and children books. You can sit in the shop and read as well- they will definitely have all The Harry Potter Books!

In Rome there are several Anglo bookshops, but you could try the Almost corner bookshop in Roma Trastevere, or here is a list of other ones in town. Definitely like the others said, Feltrinelli located either in Largo di Torre Argentinaor Piazza della Repubblica or inside the Stazione Termini train station will most likely have them as well.

    Happy reading!

Try la Feltrinelli Librerie - good Italian bookshop - there is also an 'international' shop in Rome, which is handy if you're having English language withdrawals... it's very near the Termini station which you're likely to come across/through! - see this link with the address - Via Orlando, you can also browse here to see if they stock it.
