Eastern Europe Rail Pass

I'm planning a trip around Eastern Europe mostly by train. Is there a train pass that covers these countries (or some of them) and saves money compared to buying separate tickets?
Croatia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Poland, Latvia, Estonia
Thanks :)

There are very few trains in Croatia, nothing further south than Split, and they tend to be very slow. Most people get around by bus (or ferry).
