I would start the day off at one of Berlin's many amazing breakfast places.
If you like vegan food (l love it) I can highly recommend Kopps. From here you can walk to Berlin Hackescher Markt which is really nice for browsing in small boutiques and do some art and clothing shopping.

Berlin Hackescher MarktAnother really yummy breakfast place is Schneeweiss which is the perfect spot to leave for a bike ride along the Berliner Mauerweg. You can do the 190 km tour but I personally think that the inner-city part is the most interesting.

Prater beer garden in Prenzlauer Berg (and a walk around that neighborhood). The Martin-Gropius-Bau Museum. The walk along the Landwehr Canal from the River Spree west, past some beautiful bridges, to Planufer.

The Turkish market in Kreuzberg! It takes places twice a week and is definitely worth checking out.

If you want to see something totally unique and fascinating, take the guided tour of Teufelsberg in the forest at Grunewald - it's the old NSA listening station from when the US were monitoring communications during the Cold War and now it is a huge graffiti site. It's really incredible. More info here: http://berliner-teufelsberg.com/web/en
