I will be traveling with the fiance to Bali for five days. We will be there during Thanksgiving week. What are the best things to do in a week?

Visit Tanah Lot for sunset, is a beautiful temple built on rocks in the ocean. Go to Ubud to see the Tegallalang Rice Terraces, eat some Babi guling (suckling pig) at Ibu Oka restaurant, grab a coffee at Freak Coffee (is best, drank there everyday for a year). Walk along Seminyak beach (is the best beach area, rest are pretty dirty). Check out the cliffs and temple at Uluwatu. Def go to a Balinese dance show, they are on every night. Eat Nasi Camper, try the best pork ribs at Naughty Nuri’s Ribs – Kerobokan. Stroll the Sanur boardwalk. Have a massage at the many places around.

Eat lots of salak fruit its the most amazing fruit on the planet - extreme rare anywhere else and plentiful in Bali. Looks like a little pear covered jn scaly snakeskin with two varieties 'pondoh' and 'bali' the latter is smaller and sometimes pink inside and they are the ones we craved and would do anything to try again !

Hey Michael, if you're up for a good night out you should head to Potato Head Beach Club Bali. Sky Garden is good too if you want a real night to party with over 9 different spaces in it playing 9 genres of music. Take a day trip to visit the temples. If you need a driver throughout the trip which'll actually be a lot cheaper, let me know and I'll hook you up with the guy who drove me around.

Babi Guling Pak Malen This suckling pig is the best. Bali is different for different people. If you are go for a sightseeing, the other comments already told you. Uluwatu, Tanah Lot Temple, Ubud these are the most common tourist place to go. If you want more private you can try Menjangan Island, the beach are beautiful. You can also go to Lovina Beach in early morning to see dolphins

Absolutely attend one or two dance performances. They are every night and tickets are sold at the main crossroad in Ubud and other places around town.
