Been there in May 2011 as the hair & makeup Artist for a week of photo shoot at the beach and the famous "Light House" at Cape Hatteras. Was cold and windy for the beach that season but was an awesome trip,very quite and peaceful for a getaway.Driving lonely for 2 hrs and half late night through the REAL LONG IRLAND that is just a narrow road Been there in May 2011 as the hair & makeup Artist for a week of photo shoot at the beach and the famous "Light House" at Cape Hatteras. Was cold and windy for the beach that season but was an awesome trip,very quite and peaceful for a getaway.Driving lonely for 2 hrs and half late night through the REAL LONG IRLAND that is just a narrow road across the ocean and many deers and other animals across the road not afraid of the light of the cars,was such an experience!!! …
