You know when you go on vacation and you come back and someone you know is going wherever it was you just went and they want advice and you say "OMG! OMG! You HAVE TO got here! No seriously--promise me you'll go!!!"? That's how I feel about Regency Cafe. It's a bit of a shlep and the guy behind the counter is notoriously rude (although not at all to me--maybe he just pours it on for travel writers), the food it great and the place is totally authentic.
