Quite possibly the best dessert I've ever had. The foie gras cream filling was like smooth pate ice cream, and the sea salt caramel and foie gras shavings put it over the top.

Le Pigeon was awesome! Thanks for the recommendation. Their foie gras profiteroles were quite literally one of the best things I've ever eaten.
