Stopping at the overlooks on both sides of the bridge is always fun and awe-inspiring! Then, drop down to Sausalito for a nice lunch on the Bay, gelato afterwards, and then onwards with the road trip...

Living in the North Bay and working in South SF, I'm spoiled and get to over the bridge twice a day. It's so beautiful, and you can walk or ride a bike across it too.
