It is impossible to deny the true majesty and history of the Forbidden City: built in the 1400s for Ming emperors. It is now an awe inspiring museum and also considered to be a holy place by the Chinese. For me it was a serene adventure into time travel since I have an inner Empress just dying to get out. Not to be missed.
