There is a very cool underground excavated museum of Roman ruins on the plaza of Notre Dame by Rue de la Cité. Rarely crowded and definitely worth a visit. Amazing to see what was under the plaza 2000 years ago.

Magnificent. It is located near the French Quarter with Hot Jazz at Le Cave. There is a cafe across from Notre Dame that is open 24 hours.

Beautiful, but have sad memories of a lady sitting inside holding her deceased child and mourning. A scene not easily forgetton. Make sure you climb up to see the gargoyles up close.
