great snorkeling right off the beach. also, you can rent paddle boats and explore the coast. very calm beach so it's easy to paddle. after paddling there are some amazing ice cream shops right on the beach that will blow your mind. and the fudge. all this talk is making me contemplate swimming to catalina right now.
