More than obvious, but there is one thing a lot of people still don't know (or they are just too lazy). Be there before the opening and enjoy it without waiting in line and less people on these narrow stairs.

When I was there you were able to climb up the inside of one of the spires, cross over that little bridge you see in the middle, then back down the other side. Not sure if you can still do that.
