Sounds weird, but this store has the best rooftop terrace with tremendous views of Paris; right next to Opera. And, there's food up there. Just ride the escalators all the way to the top.

Our favorite city in the world! Lunch in Rodin's garden under The Thinker. Amazing.

One of my absolute favorite things to do in Paris is to start out at the Palais Royal, see the shops, walk down rue St. Honore, and walk a bit north up rue Royale to end my trek at the Place de la Madeleine. This little circle of streets is one of my favorites. years ago though! the husband is going alone next week --his first time, couple of days only

venice is an incredible city! You arrive by boat and can see the water washing up on the side of the city like waves coming up on the shore. the architecture is amazing, every hotel, restaurant and shop. the food is amazing here. I got a dish of purple spagetti, it looked weird but was one of the venice is an incredible city!
