Everyone seems to want to be in this town, beginning with the American Indians (4000 years) to the gold miners to the jazz singers (Ray Charles included) to the rockers (Nirvanna, Soundgarden). Perfect place to make your mark.

Great place to buy flowers! And as you walk north, the 3rd fish place is the best place to buy fish/mussels, crab, etc..

This is definitely on my list for my next trip to Seattle. Apparently they have a lot of demonstrations & mini-events with the farmers. Good excuse to find a hotel with your own kitchen!!

I want to go there this time. I only passed by it last time.

There's nothing like meandering down Bourbon street with a frosty Hurricane in one hand, stopping here and there along the way. Drawn in by a blistering guitar riff here, a brilliant sax there. The musicianship was so staggeringly brilliant, I was blown away.

lots of fun here although there is no worse feeling than throwing beads at a girl and she makes no attempt to catch them.

Ive always wanted to go to new orleans! seeing "princess and the frog" made me want to go even more...I hope to go one day!

went during the "local" jazz fest. No signed mega stars. Just a whole lotta locals playing amazing music. I felt like a local.
