The actual building is closed to the general public but I believe you can still stop by and see it. It's considered the symbol of the university and was built in 1926.
See all those little white things? Those are gannets, a little bird that inhabits the beach and they're all over the place here! The best time to catch them is between July and December but don't expect to get too close; there are barriers up to protect the little guys.
Wild mix of boiling earth and London-esque flower gardens. Beware of Kerosene Creek, cool place, but the odds of getting your car broken into are very high. I was warned, tried to be careful, and still got robbed

the grounds here are spectacular. Check with your hotel concierge before you head over though, to make sure the palace isn't closed in observance of one of the many holidays
