Largest dome in the world. Sistine Chapel and Michelangelo too.

I climbed to the top of the dome-- endless steps in a spiral-- and used a disposable panoramic camera to take great shots over the city of Rome.

Use the paid lounge if on a long stopover. It's not very expensive and you can take a shower and eat and drink from the buffet.
