One of my favorite museums in the world. It's nice going there with a Museum Pass so you can avoid museum fatigue by taking breaks away from the museum and then go back for more.

This park features a spectacular limestone karst landscape with an underground river. One of the river's distinguishing features is that it emerges directly into the sea, and its lower portion is subject to tidal influences. One of 5 World Heritage Sites in the Philippines!
Don't go to the main tourist area of the wall, get a ride either on your own or with a hostel to one of the more rundown areas and hike for hours along the wall. Careful though, it gets rough!
If Sushi Dai's line overwhelms you, you really can't go wrong with any small sushi spot in Tsukiji. And if you want a real adventure, play stupid tourist and walk through the restricted areas of the market until a policeman kindly escorts you out.
I did not do this on my visit, but all my buddies did and I kind of regret not joining. The novelty factor could be worth it if you have time. After all, it is a great example of the craziness of the place.
